So I had a HUGE stack of parenting magazines and my "Real Simple" magazines just waiting to be read. I got through about half of them this weekend, not really reading but just looking at pictures. I decided that I would start ripping out pages of recipes that looked good and looked like something Caleb would eat. Having a 3 year old can be difficult at times especially when healthy food is involved. I figured if Caleb could go through a bunch of pages once a week and pick out 2 or 3 meals for the week, I could grocery shop for the ingredients and make him what he requests (as long as its healthy).
We found a winner right off the bat, plus I had all the ingredients to make it for his lunch that day! He loved it (although he still didn't eat the green veggies) I don't understand how green can be his favorite color yet he WON'T eat green veggies. ahh o'well you can't say I didn't try!
